Scope of Services and Exclusions Under These Terms

Scheduling, Cancellations, and Changes to Your Rental

Delivery and pickup appointments are scheduled at the time of booking. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to avoid a processing fee. Same-day cancellations may incur a charge equal to the delivery fee. If you need to change the container size or swap materials after delivery, contact us immediately; we can often accommodate same-day swaps if the truck is available. For street placement permits in Dallas, allow 24 to 72 hours processing through the local public works office. If the drop location must be moved after delivery, a relocation fee may apply. Extended rentals beyond the standard 7-day period incur daily overage fees of $5 to $15 per day. We reserve the right to reschedule deliveries in cases of severe weather, road closures, or equipment failure. Customers will be notified as soon as possible.

Estimates, Pricing, and Payment Terms

Quotes for Best Commercial Dumpster Rental services are based on container size, rental period, weight allowance, and material type. Pricing includes delivery, pickup, and disposal fees for standard mixed debris loads up to the agreed tonnage. Payment is due at the time of booking for the full rental amount. We accept major credit cards and electronic transfers. If the actual weight of the load exceeds the allowance, overage charges of $40 to $100 per ton apply. Any change in scope—such as adding prohibited materials or extending the rental—requires written approval and may adjust the final cost. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. We do not charge hidden fees; all surcharges for heavy materials, street permits, or recycling streams are disclosed before payment.

Workmanship Warranty and Coverage

Trash Removal Rental LLC warrants that our equipment is in good working order at the time of delivery and that we will perform pickup services as scheduled. If a container arrives damaged or fails to function properly—such as a stuck door or broken hinge—we will replace or repair it within 24 hours at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by customer misuse, overloading beyond stated weight limits, or placement on uneven surfaces that cause container damage. Any modifications to the container by the customer void the warranty. We are not responsible for pre-existing surface damage to driveways or pavement; customers should place protective boards under container wheels if concerned. The warranty period lasts for the duration of the rental term only.

Limitation of Liability for Rental Services

Trash Removal Rental LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including project delays or lost business. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions on the property, such as cracks in driveways or underground utilities. Customers assume all risk for property damage caused by loading prohibited materials or exceeding weight limits. Our liability does not extend to violations of RCRA, OSHA, or DOT regulations resulting from customer actions. In Dallas, TX, compliance with local fire codes requiring minimum clearance distances from buildings is the customer’s responsibility. No claim may be brought more than one year after the service date.
